What do I need to run ChainE?

A Windows PC, a Zerodha account with Kite Connect API subscription (₹500/month from Zerodha). ChainE runs locally on your machine — your data never leaves your computer.

Can I use it on multiple computers?

Each license supports up to 2 machines. You can change machines up to 3 times per month. Contact support for additional transfers.

Is this SEBI compliant?

ChainE is an execution tool — you decide what to trade, ChainE executes it. It's comparable to using Zerodha's own Kite interface with a better UX. No black-box algo strategies are involved.

What's the difference between Viewer and Pro?

Viewer gives you a full live option chain with Greeks, payoff charts, and paper trading — great for analysis and practice. Pro adds real execution, stoplosses, broker sync, Telegram alerts, and BANKNIFTY/BANKEX support.

Can I upgrade from Viewer to Pro later?

Yes. Contact us and we'll apply your Viewer payment as credit toward Pro. You only pay the difference.

What happens if my internet goes down?

ChainE has a 24-hour offline grace period. Your license is cached locally, so temporary internet outages won't interrupt your trading day.
